Welcome to Ragfish AI, a product developed and maintained by Piccosoft Software Labs India Private Limited ("Piccosoft", "Ragfish AI", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ragfish AI website, Ragfish Studio, AI Assistant Packages, documentation, software, and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Software Licenses

Upon successful purchase, you receive a commercial license to use the purchased Ragfish AI software in accordance with your selected license.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Ragfish Studio is provided as a commercial software product.

2. Ownership of the software remains with Piccosoft Software Labs India Private Limited.

3. The purchase grants you a license to use the software and does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

You may not:

1. Resell the software without written authorization.

2. Redistribute the software.

3. Remove copyright notices.

4. Reverse engineer the software where prohibited by law.

5. Use the software for unlawful purposes.

5. Open Source Components

Certain components of the Ragfish ecosystem, including the Ragfish Framework, may be distributed under separate open-source licenses.

Such components are governed by their respective license terms.

These Terms apply only to commercial products and services unless otherwise specified.

6. Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment provider to process your purchase.

9. AI Services

Ragfish AI currently integrates with OpenAI and may support additional AI providers in future releases.

Customers are responsible for:

1. Creating their own AI provider accounts.

2. Managing their API credentials.

3. Paying all applicable AI provider usage charges.

AI provider services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ragfish AI to:

1. Violate applicable laws.

2. Distribute malicious software.

3. Access systems without authorization.

4. Generate illegal or harmful content.

5. Infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Abuse or interfere with our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, documentation, website content, and related intellectual property associated with Ragfish AI remain the property of Piccosoft Software Labs India Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

Customer-owned content remains the property of the customer.

12. Customer Data

For self-hosted deployments:

1. Customers retain ownership of their business data.

2. Ragfish AI does not claim ownership of customer documents.

3. Customers are responsible for backing up and protecting their own data.

13. Service Availability

We continuously improve Ragfish AI.

We may:

1. Update software

2. Modify features

3. Improve documentation

4. Release new functionality

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of website services or online resources.

14. Disclaimer

Ragfish AI is provided "as is" and "as available."

While we strive to provide reliable software, we do not guarantee:

1. Error-free operation

2. Continuous availability

3. Complete accuracy of AI-generated responses

Customers should independently verify AI-generated information before relying on it for critical business decisions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Piccosoft Software Labs India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Ragfish AI.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product, except where prohibited by law.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website with the updated effective date.

Continued use of Ragfish AI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
