This Purchase & Refund Policy explains how purchases, payments, software delivery, cancellations, and refunds are handled for products and services offered through Ragfish AI, a product developed and maintained by Piccosoft Software Labs India Private Limited.

By purchasing any Ragfish AI product or service, you agree to this policy.

1. Products Covered

This policy applies to purchases made through the Ragfish AI website, including but not limited to:

1. Ragfish Studio

2. AI Assistant Packages

3. Deployment Services

4. Training Services

5. Professional Services

6. Custom Development Services

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Ragfish AI website are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes, duties, or other charges required by your local jurisdiction.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, any price change will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

3. Payment Methods

We currently accept secure online payments through trusted payment providers, including:

1. Stripe

2. PayPal (where available)

Payment processing is handled by the respective payment provider, and Ragfish AI does not store your payment card information.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed:

1. Your order will be confirmed.

2. A payment confirmation will be sent by the payment provider.

3. Ragfish AI will send an order confirmation email.

4. Your purchased AI Assistant will appear in your My Purchased Assistants dashboard.

5. Software Delivery

Ragfish AI products are delivered digitally.

After purchase, customers can access their purchased products through their Ragfish AI account.

Depending on the purchased product, delivery may include:

1. Ragfish Studio Deployment Package

2. AI Assistant Package

3. Configuration Files

4. Installation Guide

5. Product Documentation

Some deployment assistance or onboarding activities may require scheduling with our engineering team.

6. Deployment

Ragfish AI is a self-hosted platform.

Customers may:

1. Deploy the software using the provided documentation, or

2. Schedule a deployment session with our engineering team.

Deployment assistance is provided according to the purchased support plan or agreed professional services.

7. Refund Policy

Because Ragfish AI provides downloadable software and digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the software or digital assets have been made available to the customer.

Refund requests may be considered only in limited situations, including:

1. Duplicate payments

2. Incorrect billing due to technical errors

3. Payments processed without successful order creation

4. Other situations where required by applicable law

Each refund request will be reviewed individually.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

1. Downloaded software packages

2. AI Assistant Packages after delivery

3. Deployment services that have already been completed

4. Training services already delivered

5. Custom development services

6. Professional consulting services

9. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed:

1. No software license will be issued.

2. No AI Assistant Package will be delivered.

3. Customers may retry the payment using an available payment method.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before software delivery or before professional services have commenced.

Once digital products have been delivered or services have started, cancellation may not be possible.

11. Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges imposed by their local jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.

12. Third-Party Charges

Ragfish AI currently supports OpenAI and may support additional AI providers in future releases.

Customers are responsible for:

1. Creating their own AI provider accounts.

2. Managing their own API keys.

3. Paying AI provider usage charges directly to the respective provider.

AI usage charges are not included in the purchase price of Ragfish AI products.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate billing information.

2. Maintaining access to their Ragfish AI account.

3. Managing their self-hosted infrastructure.

4. Securing their deployment environment.

5. Keeping backup copies of their business data.
