This AI & Data Policy explains how Ragfish AI handles business knowledge, AI integrations, customer responsibilities, and data ownership.

Our platform is designed to help you transform that knowledge into intelligent AI Assistants while ensuring you remain in control of your data, infrastructure, and AI services.

2. Business Knowledge Ownership

Your business knowledge always belongs to you.

Ragfish AI does not claim ownership of any customer content uploaded or managed within your deployment.

Ragfish Studio is designed as a self-hosted platform.

This means:

3. You manage your storage and backups.

4. You decide who can access your AI Assistant.

4. Paying AI provider usage charges.

These services are governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy policies.

6. AI Responses

Ragfish AI generates responses using:

1. Your business knowledge

2. Your AI provider

3. Your configured AI Assistant

AI-generated responses may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation.

Customers should independently review important business decisions before acting on AI-generated information.

7. Data Privacy

Ragfish AI is designed with privacy in mind.

We do not use your business knowledge to:

1. Train public AI models

2. Improve third-party AI models

3. Share with other customers

4. Sell customer information

Your knowledge remains your knowledge.

8. Security Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing their deployment environment, including:

2. Operating systems

3. User accounts

4. Passwords

Ragfish AI provides the software platform but does not manage customer infrastructure unless separately agreed as a professional service.

Organizations are responsible for:
