Share Link and Publish - Assistant

Overview

The Share option allows users to access an Assistant through a Share Link or QR Code.

When you click Share, two options are available:

1. Share Link

1. Share Link

The Share Link provides a URL to access the Assistant.

Steps

1. Open the required Assistant.

2. Click Share

3. Select Share Link

4. Click the Copy icon

5. Open a new browser tab.
   

6. Paste the copied link and open it.
   

Link Behavior

1. Public Mode: The link opens the Assistant's Chat Page.

1. Private Mode: The link opens the Login Page.

2. Publish

The Publish option makes the Assistant available for user access through the sharing options.

Steps

1. Open the required Assistant.

2. Click Share.

3. Select Publish.

4. Click Publish.

5. The Assistant becomes available for access.
   

6. A QR code available for the Assistant.
   

3. QR Code

The QR Code allows users to access the Assistant using a mobile device.

Steps

1. Open Share → Publish

2. Scan the displayed QR Code using a mobile phone.

3. Scan the displayed QR Code using a mobile phone.

4. The user is navigated to the RAGFish Login Page.

5. Continue according to the configured access mode.

4. Unpublish

If the Assistant is no longer required to be accessible through the sharing options, select Unpublish.

After unpublishing:

1. Share Link will no longer provide access.
